I have spent the last 20 years solving complex problems with organisations like PwC, Accenture and Ernst & Young, both as an in-house business leader and management consultant. My work ranges from global transformation programmes, to smaller personal coaching roles, which has gifted me with a unique combination of consulting insights and the know-how to implement change at the coalface. Currently, my main areas of focus are Sustainability and the Future of Work.
Good Work was founded to combat the often superficial and dare I say it, ‘bad’ work I was seeing in my field. I wanted to reclaim this type of consultancy and change its focus, towards achieving lasting, meaningful results, instead of simply identifying problems we already knew existed. These problems are complex and challenging, but we can lean into them together to build better organisations and ultimately, a better world.
If you’d like to chat about how I could help with your organisation’s Sustainability and/or Future of Work challenges, you can find me on
LinkedIn or you can
drop me a line. I’m always up for a chat.
And for more of my thoughts on the topic (I have many) be sure to check out my
semi-regularly updated blog.
