- Get the basics right - D&I and exec remuneration as a minimum are on the agenda.
- Consider the whole talent lifecycle - Org design/structures, recruitment, development, reward - all matter.
- Change and leadership are pivotal - to address these issues we need new mental models and mindset. Your leaders will need your help.
